Cytonome’s mission is to provide clinical investigators with tools to support efficient production of human therapeutic cell doses. Cytonome’s advanced and patented microfluidic technology enables true clinical grade optical cell sorting using a closed, sterile disposable cartridge. In addition, our technology is ‘protocol independent’, allowing investigators to integrate our technology into their transplant production protocols. Cytonome's technology will support and enable a broad array of cell selection protocols.
Cytonome wants to establish selective partnerships with institutions interested in advancing pre-clinical and clinical cellular therapy using our advanced cell sorting technologies. Cytonome anticipates releasing production-level instruments in 2008. We are seeking early access partners who are innovators in the development of cellular therapies. Our primary interest is to work with institutions that are working toward clinincal trials and who wish to translate cellular therapies from the laboratory to the clinic. We recognize the great diversity in potential treatment technologies and wish to collaborate with investigators and physicians during all stages of their discovery and testing processes. We are pleased to collaborate jointly with clinicians and commercial organizations that require optical cell sorting technology to produce cell-based products. If you have a protocol that needs optical cell sorting and you are constrained by current cell selection technologies, we can help make your protocol a success.
We invite interested physicians and investigators to contact us regarding collaboration opportunities as part of our Early Access Program. The Cytonome Early Access Program is a collaborative, agreement-based partnership that provides a limited, select number of qualified cell therapy developers access to Cytonome’s revolutionary clinical cell sorting technologies. This confidential, limited enrollment program will provide our partners with an opportunity to develop new therapeutic concepts and realize new cellular therapies.

* Use in patient studies requires compliance with FDA requirements or the requirements of other appropriate national regulatory authorities. Gigasort™ systems have no specificity as to which cells are separated. To separate selected cell types, the user supplies the reagents that provide cell specificity and sets program parameters of the Gigasort™ system to conform to the user's protocol specifications.
